- 1,1/2 cups 187 gm, all purpose flour.
- 3 tea spoon “16 gm” unsweetened cocoa powder.
- 300 gm Sugar.
- 5 tea spoon 74ml oil.
- 1tbsp 15ml white vinegar.
- 1 tea spoon (5ml) vanilla extract.
- 1 cup (237ml) and cold water.
Chocolate Gouache Frosting
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips or bar broken into small size pieces.
- 1 cup whipping cream.
Vegan Chocolate Frosting
- 1 cup icing and powdered sugar.
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
- 1/3 cup normal hot water.
Chocolate Butter cream Frosting
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened.
- 2 table spoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar, sifted.
- 1-2 table spoons milk.
- Preheat the oven: The oven must be preheated to 350ºF/180ºC. Find a 9″x9″ baking pan, and spray the pan with non-stick spray. Set the pan aside for now.
- Sift the flour and cocoa powder.Put and Placed the flour and cocoa mixer in a sifter. Sift them together into a large mixing cup and Make sure to get clean of any clumps.
- Add the remaining dry ingredients.Place baking soda, sugar, and salt in the mixing bowl. Use a fork, whisk or spatula to mix well. Make sure no clumps remain in the mixture. If there are clumps, run all the ingredients through a sifter again.
- Add the wet ingredients. Add the oil, vinegar, vanilla contents and water to the dry flour machine. Equally Mix the wet and dry contents with a hand blender till there are no more lumps.
