7 Rajasthan- Daal-baati churma
Rajasthan famed for the appetizing indigenous cuisine. One of the most appetizing dishes is daal-baati churma, which consists of wheat flour and ball like shapes and additives fried in ghee, and a special daal made of different types of pulses.
8 Andhra pradesh- Gongura pachadi
